Receiving Reiki
Distance Reiki
$88 · approximately 60 minutes
Distance Reiki is offered as a quiet, unhurried online session. We begin by connecting briefly, then you settle somewhere comfortable while I move into the Reiki portion of the session. We reconnect afterward to allow time for reflection, questions and anything you may wish to share. The full experience is approximately 60 minutes. You do not need previous experience with Reiki or energy work; you are welcome to meet the practice exactly as you are. Price $88.00.
How I hold Reiki
For me, Reiki was first and foremost a personal practice. Before I ever considered sharing it with others, I learned to place my hands on my own body with compassion, presence and intention. Through self-treatment, I discovered that Reiki is not simply about healing others — it is also about nurturing our relationship with ourselves.
I eventually became a Reiki Master Teacher, and over time I've become increasingly interested in not only offering Reiki but mentoring others as they learn to embody and trust it.
You do not need experience with energy work, and you do not need to hold any particular belief about Reiki to explore it. You are not broken. You do not need fixing.
Dharma Reiki Mentorship
My own Reiki training was not completed over a single weekend. I learned within a small group who met regularly over several months to study, practise and support one another — and the time between lessons is what let the teachings become part of daily life. That experience shaped everything about how I want to teach.
A slower, more intentional path that allows Reiki to become something you live, not just something you learn. Small-group monthly gatherings from November through February, with in-person and online participation available, and certification in March for those who are ready.

Two ways to experience the journey
The Founding Circle
Optional small-group monthly gatherings from November through February, with in-person and online sessions available. Certification in March for those who are ready.
One-to-One Mentorship
One-to-one students can begin without waiting for the November cohort and may participate online or in person, depending on preference.
Both pathways take the student from Reiki Level One through Master Teacher and include attunements and certification. The investment is $444 for either pathway.

The circle begins
In the Usui Shinpiden tradition. This is not a weekend certification — it is a slower, more intentional path.
November – February
Monthly gatherings
Small-group monthly gatherings, in person at my home in Eastern Passage, Nova Scotia, or online. Hands-on practice every time, with the space between gatherings left deliberately open for reflection and integration.
March
Attunements & certification
Master and Master Teacher attunements and certification, for those who are ready. Readiness is the condition, not the calendar.

My Reiki lineage
Reiki is a practice traditionally passed from teacher to student. As a Reiki practitioner and teacher, I honour the lineage through which these teachings and attunements have travelled, and the teachers who have carried the practice forward.
My Reiki lineage traces back to Mikao Usui, founder of the Usui Reiki system, and continues through the teachers who ultimately passed these teachings to me.

Offered through Dharma Reiki Mentorship
I created Dharma Reiki Embodiment as a companion to the deeper work of remembering and living what we know within ourselves. It explores practices and reflections around the chakras, meditation, inner union, energy, self-awareness and embodiment. It is also woven into my Dharma Reiki Mentorship, supporting students in moving beyond learning Reiki into actually living and embodying the practice.
